About Me

Building performance capacity doesn’t come from quick fixes. It requires a systems approach that supports different parts of your life and business as needed. So you can think, decide and lead effectively as pressure and complexity increase.

I work with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders across startups and established organisations, from early-stage ventures to large, complex businesses. The common challenge is similar: as external demands grow, internal capacity doesn’t always keep pace.

My experience spans startups through to multinational organisations, across different team structures and leadership dynamics. Alongside coaching, my background in counselling clients, including those on Employee Assistance Programs, gives me direct insight into how pressure, communication breakdowns, and leadership behaviours actually play out within teams and organisations.

This allows me to see both sides: how leaders experience pressure, and how it impacts decision-making, execution, and the people around them. My work focuses on building your performance capacity in real terms. So you can tolerate ambiguity, navigate complexity, and make clear decisions without becoming the bottleneck.

I integrate modalities in coaching, counselling, and behavioural insight with specialist experience in addiction recovery among high-functioning individuals, and both professional and lived experience in neurodiversity. This enables me to quickly identify the less visible patterns shaping how you think, respond, and lead under pressure. And to challenge them effectively.

I’ve also navigated burnout and significant change across different contexts. Not as theory, but as lived experience. And that perspective shapes how I work: practical, direct, and focused. Clients work with me because I create a space that is clear, challenging and trust-rich. In which you can think properly, see what’s actually driving your decisions, and move forward with greater control and consistency.

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across different stages and environments. The common thread is this: as your external demands grow, your internal capacity needs to grow with it.

And the outcome is consistent: clearer thinking, faster decisions, and more effective leadership as demands increase.

Your workload may not reduce. But how you think, lead, and respond to it can fundamentally change.

And if you’re curious about me…

I’m based outside London, raising a teen and a tween alongside my work in performance coaching—and making the most of time outdoors whenever I can.

My interest in human potential and the psyche started early and never left.

Over time, it’s become both a professional focus and a natural strength: guiding people to access more of their potential.

I go deep into what I’m learning, whether through research, reading, or exploration.

Having lived and worked across different countries and contexts, I bring a strong awareness of cultural nuance to how I work with clients.

My career path has been deliberately rebuilt over time, spanning startup environments and multinational organisations.

From guiding curious young minds in Montessori classrooms to shaping critical thinking at the university level, each chapter has added a different lens.

Across all of it, I’ve developed an integrated way of thinking that connects systems, people, and performance.
