Co-founder & Executive Partnership Coaching
For co-founders and senior leadership partners to address challenges, realign, and build effective communication and decision-making strategies.
Over 60% of startup failures are linked to co-founder conflict, but these dynamics aren’t limited to startups. Misalignment in vision, priorities, or communication is a common source of friction across leadership partnerships, particularly as pressure and complexity increase.
It slows decisions, weakens execution, and impacts the wider team. And in many cases, it’s preventable.
You may be experiencing :
-
Ongoing disagreement on direction or priorities -
Decisions are taking longer than they should -
Avoidance of key conversations to prevent friction -
Tension that resurfaces despite previous discussions
This is where focused intervention matters.
I provide structured, impartial support to navigate high-stakes conversations constructively. We surface the underlying drivers of misalignment, challenge unhelpful patterns and create clarity on decision-making, direction, and roles.
The Result
Faster, more aligned decision-making at the top that supports reducing friction, improving execution, and strengthening trust across the leadership team and organization.
