FAQs on Performance Capacity Coaching

I offer structured coaching packages designed for founders at different stages, as well as CEOs and senior leaders in scaling and established businesses.

Flexible payment options, in the form of instalment plans, to ensure the work is accessible.

Where appropriate, I tailor investment levels to reflect stage and context, while maintaining a high standard of support and outcomes.

I serve as your objective and trusted thinking partner who challenges you to consider different perspectives. I support you in seeing the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the details.

I guide you through questions that help you uncover barriers and arrive at your own solutions, whether you’re in ideation, scaling, or exit. Founders I work with don’t just solve immediate problems; they build a mindset and operating framework to lead under sustained pressure.

Where this differs:
● Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing, processing the past, or managing mental health conditions, my work is forward-looking and performance-oriented. We focus on how your internal state impacts decision-making, leadership, and business outcomes.
● Unlike general coaching, which can stay at a surface level (goals, accountability, motivation), I work at the intersection of psychology and performance. We examine patterns, pressure responses, and blind spots that directly affect how you lead, scale, and make decisions.
● Unlike advisors or mentors, I don’t give prescriptive answers based on my
experience. Instead, I help you cut through conflicting input, whether it’s from
investors, peers, or others, so you can make clear, self-trusting decisions aligned with your business and values.

Yes. Part of the work involves building strong communication skills so the message you intend to convey comes across clearly, effectively and in a way that’s easy to understand for those who may not have the same background and insight into your business as you do.

I’ve worked with founders at different stages, as well as CEOs and senior leaders navigating growth, complexity, and pressure within scaling and established organizations. This gives me a grounded understanding of how leadership demands evolve, from early uncertainty to organizational complexity and performance expectations at scale.

My proximity to investor and high-performance environments also means I understand the broader ecosystem leaders operate within, while maintaining the objectivity needed to challenge thinking and expand perspective.

My natural ability to spot patterns and bring out what’s hidden makes me competent at quickly uncovering beliefs and behaviours that may be a barrier to your business in ways that you didn’t even know existed.

I bring a structured, evidence-informed approach, supported by formal training in coaching and counselling, along with master's-level study in counselling and epidemiology. This allows me to work at both a strategic and behavioural level, helping you translate insight into practical shifts in how you think, decide, and lead.

My approach is integrative and performance-focused. While I draw on therapeutic depth where useful, the work is centred on building forward momentum, expanding capacity, and enabling you to operate more effectively under pressure.

Clients often value the combination of clarity, challenge, and psychological safety I bring, creating a space where you can think more clearly, make better decisions, and lead with greater control and consistency.

Yes. Anything discussed during sessions is kept completely confidential.

That depends on your level of commitment, engagement and motivation to the sessions. Results can be seen as early as after a couple of sessions. And often, the benefits continue long after the coaching engagement has ended. Making coaching a worthwhile investment in your founder journey.

Coaching is highly effective in addressing tension, conflict, or misalignment between co-founders and senior leadership partners. Whether that’s due to differences in vision, working style, decision-making, or communication.

These dynamics don’t just exist at the founding stage. They can also emerge and intensify as businesses grow and roles evolve.

The work focuses on restoring clarity, strengthening communication, and building more effective ways of working together.

Team coaching supports leadership teams and teams operating within high-growth and established organizations to work more effectively under pressure.

It helps address misalignment, unclear expectations, and unproductive communication patterns, particularly as roles evolve and complexity increases.

The focus is on strengthening how teams think, decide, and collaborate. This often leads to clearer decision-making, stronger accountability, and more consistent execution across the organization.

I offer virtual sessions to clients worldwide. In-person sessions can be arranged for clients in London, UK.

Times of change and transition are often a good point for coaching support, as they may impact you in unexpected ways. And depending on where you’re at in company building, this has repercussions on your team and business.

Coaching is also valuable at times when you need to broaden perspectives, build leadership skills or recover from setbacks.

Sessions last 60 minutes and are held weekly or bi-weekly. Sessions can last anywhere between 6 and 18 weeks, depending on your goals and objectives. Think of all the time, money and effort you save long-term by investing now. Committing to sessions without having gaps that are too large so that you to achieve the maximum benefit from them.

I offer a 30-min complimentary call to see if we are a good fit to work together. Book here.

A level of accountability is required between sessions for you to achieve your goals, and tool we use is reflections. I know you’re busy, so these are kept bite-sized and can be done in the same amount of time it takes you to make a coffee!

Each session is based on a coaching framework. Session goals are set that are also aligned with your overall goals. My style of coaching is systemic and collaborative, so it supports you and, as a result, your team and your business.

It builds your performance capacity and mindset so you are in the best position to manage your responsibilities. You will become clearer-headed and more strategic in making decisions. In turn, you become surer of yourself as a leader and communicate with your teams more effectively.
